4 The people service organization

On 25th June 2022, a group of core volunteers from Vizag Volunteers visited 4 The People NGO in Madhavadhara, Visakhapatnam, as part of the Special People Project. The purpose of the visit was to conduct a survey and better understand the needs, aspirations, and challenges faced by the children residing at the organization.

During the visit, the volunteers spent quality time interacting with the children through conversations and engaging activities. The children warmly welcomed the team and were excited to meet and spend time with the volunteers. These interactions created a joyful and friendly atmosphere, allowing the volunteers to build trust and connect with the children on a personal level.

More than just a survey, the visit became an opportunity to create moments of happiness and encouragement. The enthusiasm and positivity displayed by the children left a lasting impression on the volunteers, while the children enjoyed the attention, companionship, and care shown by the visitors.

The experience reinforced the importance of listening and understanding before taking action. By identifying the genuine needs of the children, Vizag Volunteers aimed to develop future initiatives that could contribute positively to their growth, well-being, and overall development.
