Traffic Awareness Program

On 9th February 2024, Vizag Volunteers Association successfully organized a Traffic Awareness Program with the objective of promoting road safety, responsible driving habits, and greater public awareness about traffic regulations. The initiative was conducted to educate citizens on the importance of following traffic rules and adopting safe practices while using roads.

A dedicated team of volunteers actively participated in the program, engaging with motorists, pedestrians, and commuters to spread awareness about road safety measures. Volunteers educated the public on the importance of wearing helmets, using seat belts, obeying traffic signals, avoiding distracted driving, and following speed limits. Through direct interactions and awareness activities, they encouraged individuals to become more responsible road users.

The program highlighted the growing need for traffic discipline and the role that every citizen plays in preventing road accidents.
