Pulse Oximeter

Monitoring Oxygen Saturation Level

When a person is affected by COVID or has symptoms of COVID, regular monitoring of oxygen saturation level with pulse oximeter is mandatory. Doctor’s advice to check oxygen levels of body in every 4 Hours daily, if a person is affected by COVID.

A Pulse Oximeter is a small electronic device that shows your heart rate and oxygen saturation level - the percentage of your red blood cells carrying oxygen. It helps determine how effectively oxygen is being transferred to different parts of the body.

A SpO2 reading of 95% or greater is generally considered to be a normal oxygen level. However, a SpO2 reading of 92% or less suggests that your blood is poorly saturated. If the number drops to 92% or lower, that’s a cause for concern. The value of 92% (or lower) is a sign that “you should get evaluated”. Because there can be rapid deterioration beyond this point. This reading along with your other symptoms such as shortness of breath, fever, fatigue, and chest pain can act as a trigger to seek advance help.

We are supplying oxygen cylinders along with suitable breath-in solutions for usage of patients staying in home isolation or under home quarantine. Which in turn reduces the patient to run for a bed in hospital especially for oxygen supply and reduces the probability of person to keep on a ventilator in ICUs or MICUs of hospitals.
