Our volunteers proudly contributed to Sabhala – Healthy Food Festival (Organic Food Festival & Exhibition) held at Simhachalam Goshala, a platform that beautifully brought together sustainability, tradition, and community engagement.
A dedicated team of 30 volunteers actively participated in the event, ensuring its smooth and successful execution. From early morning preparations to managing on-ground activities, volunteers played a crucial role at every stage. Their responsibilities included assisting visitors, guiding attendees across the venue, supporting stall organizers, and maintaining effective crowd management.
The festival showcased free traditional meals prepared using indigenous ingredients, natural farming stalls, and interactive workshops promoting sustainable living and healthy food habits. Volunteers actively engaged with attendees, spreading awareness about organic farming, traditional diets, and environmentally responsible practices.
A key highlight of the event was its zero-waste initiative, encouraging participants to bring their own plates and glasses. Volunteers played an important role in implementing this initiative by guiding attendees and ensuring proper waste management, contributing to an eco-friendly event environment.
Through their dedication, discipline, and teamwork, the volunteers helped create a well-organized, welcoming, and impactful experience for the community. Their efforts reflected the true essence of volunteering—supporting meaningful causes, strengthening community connections, and promoting sustainable lifestyles.
Being part of Sabhala was not just about managing an event; it was about contributing to a larger vision of healthier living, sustainable agriculture, and environmental responsibility.
We take pride in our volunteers whose commitment and service made this initiative truly successful. Together, we continue to build stronger communities and work towards a greener future ๐ฑ.
