Yes, Donations to Vizag Volunteers are tax exempt under Section 80G of Income Tax Act as it is registred under section 12A of Income Tax Act.

When you donate on a monthly basis you don’t just help the cause we are working on, you also help us plan our work at the grassroots level in a more efficient way. Your monthly recurring donations also help us save costs on reaching out to donors via multiple platforms.

As a monthly donor you get the following benefits:

• A donor dashboard to track your donations.
• An annual report on how your donations have created a positive impact.
• The option to change or cancel your donation at any time.
• Donor incentives in the form of exclusive stickers or keychains.

Yes, we do accept donations in the form of cash at our office, but we prefer the following listed modes:

• Donations via our website.
• Fund transfers to our bank account.
• UPI Donation using our QR code.
• The option to change or cancel your donation at any time.
• Cheques/Demand Drafts in the name of Vizag Volunteers Association. Submitted at our office.

Vizag Volunteers takes utmost care to process the donations as per your instructions. Donations once made can’t be refunded since they are immediately put into use. Incase of any technical issues, like double debit on your end, we’ll process the refund if you bring it to our attention in 7 days of the transaction. You can send us a formal mail to support@vizagvolunteers.org along with a proof of deduction of donation amount and a valid PAN of the donor.
