23rd Blood Donation Camp (On the Occasion of Suresh Sir Birth Anniversary)

Suresh Garu ✨ On October 11th, 2024, the Vizag Volunteers team organized a special blood donation camp at NTR Blood Bank to commemorate the birth anniversary of one of the community’s most inspiring COVID heroes, G. Suresh Garu. Known for his relentless service during the pandemic, G. Suresh Garu’s compassion, bravery, and dedication to the welfare of others left an indelible mark on all who knew him. His tireless efforts during the toughest of times saved countless lives, and his legacy continues to inspire acts of kindness and service to this day. In memory of his remarkable life and the values he stood for, the Vizag Volunteers came together to host this blood donation camp, turning the day into a powerful tribute to his legacy of giving. From 9 AM to 4 PM, the doors of NTR Blood Bank were open to generous donors who wished to make a difference. A total of 27 selfless individuals took time out of their day to donate blood, a precious gift that will undoubtedly go on to save lives and offer hope to those in need. This event was not just about donations—it was a reflection of the community’s collective spirit, a reaffirmation of how one person's actions can spark ongoing waves of positivity. The blood donated on this day will help patients facing surgeries, emergencies, and chronic illnesses, embodying the very principles that G. Suresh Garu stood for: selflessness, compassion, and service to humanity.
