Our volunteers completed their 615th beach cleanup at Kalam Sea View Point! 🌊💙 With unwavering dedication, volunteers removed 6 ghost nets and collected 5 bags of plastic waste, including microplastics and bottle caps. These harmful materials pose serious threats to marine life, and every cleanup effort makes a lasting impact. Together, we’re not just cleaning the beach—we’re protecting our oceans and inspiring a wave of change! ♻️💪

615th Beach Cleanup
Vizag Volunteers marked another incredible milestone today with their 615th beach cleanup at Kalam Sea View Point! 💙🌊 A dedicated team of volunteers came together with a shared mission — to protect our coastline and marine life from the rising threat of ocean pollution.
In today’s effort, 6 dangerous ghost nets were removed along with 5 full bags of plastic waste, which included microplastics, bottle caps, wrappers, and other pollutants. Ghost nets are a silent killer in our oceans, trapping marine animals and destroying habitats. Each net removed is a step toward a safer sea. 🐠♻️
These cleanups are not just about collecting trash — they are about creating awareness, inspiring community participation, and building a sustainable future. Every small action counts, and today’s cleanup is a reminder of the impact we can make when we come together.
