Safety Precautions
Due to the ongoing covid-19 pandemic, we are following all precautions to avoid spreading the virus. You are advised to wear a mask throughout the cleanup and maintain 2 feet of physical distance. Please wear good quality shoes to avoid any cuts from broken glass pieces.
Gloves
You will be provided with good quality gloves to avoid direct contact of hands with waste.
Cleanup bags
We use High Density Poly Ethylene bags (Rice bags) to collect the waste on beaches due to their durability
563rd Beach Cleanup Activity – 4th August 2024 🌊
Vizag Volunteers successfully conducted the 563rd Beach Cleanup Activity on 4th August 2024, bringing together dedicated volunteers to protect and preserve our coastline.
The activity focused on beach cleanliness, environmental awareness, and encouraging responsible actions towards keeping our surroundings clean.
Volunteers actively participated in waste collection and contributed towards creating a cleaner and greener Vizag.
We thank all our volunteers for their valuable time, dedication, and support in making this initiative a success.

Dear Vizag Volunteers, We have successfully completed our 563rd Beach Clean-Up on 04th Aug, 2024. 21 volunteers participated and contributed 63 hours of their precious time together and collected more than 23 bags of trash that constituted of Plastic, Polythene covers, Clothes and Glass pieces. In association with Nekkanti Sea Food Ltd. 563rd Beach Cleanup Activity – 4th August 2024 🌊
On 4th August 2024, Vizag Volunteers successfully organized the 563rd Beach Cleanup Activity, continuing our commitment towards protecting Vizag’s coastline and promoting environmental awareness among the community.
The cleanup drive brought together passionate volunteers who actively participated in collecting waste, cleaning the beach surroundings, and contributing towards preserving the natural beauty of our coastal environment. Their dedication and teamwork highlighted the importance of collective efforts in creating a cleaner and healthier environment.
The activity focused not only on removing waste but also on spreading awareness about responsible waste disposal, reducing pollution, and protecting marine ecosystems. Volunteers worked together with enthusiasm and responsibility, inspiring others to take action towards environmental conservation.
Every cleanup activity is a step towards a cleaner coastline and a greener future. The efforts of our volunteers show how small actions, when combined, can create a meaningful impact on our surroundings.
