Safety Precautions
Due to the ongoing covid-19 pandemic, we are following all precautions to avoid spreading the virus. You are advised to wear a mask throughout the cleanup and maintain 2 feet of physical distance. Please wear good quality shoes to avoid any cuts from broken glass pieces.
Gloves
You will be provided with good quality gloves to avoid direct contact of hands with waste.
Cleanup bags
We use High Density Poly Ethylene bags (Rice bags) to collect the waste on beaches due to their durability

Vizag Volunteers successfully conducted the 571st Beach Cleanup Activity on 29th September 2024, bringing together dedicated volunteers to protect and preserve our coastline.
The activity focused on beach cleanliness, environmental awareness, and encouraging responsible actions towards keeping our surroundings clean.
Volunteers actively participated in waste collection and contributed towards creating a cleaner and greener Vizag.

571st Beach Cleanup Activity – 29th September 2024 🌊
On 29th September 2024, Vizag Volunteers successfully organized the 571st Beach Cleanup Activity, continuing our mission to protect Vizag’s coastline and promote environmental awareness within the community.
The cleanup drive brought together enthusiastic volunteers who dedicated their time and efforts towards cleaning the beach, collecting waste, and preserving the natural beauty of our coastal environment. Their teamwork and commitment reflected the importance of collective responsibility in protecting nature.
The activity focused not only on removing waste but also on spreading awareness about responsible waste management, reducing pollution, and protecting marine ecosystems. Volunteers worked together with enthusiasm and dedication, inspiring more people to understand the importance of keeping our beaches clean.
