Due to the ongoing covid-19 pandemic, we are following all precautions to avoid spreading the virus. You are advised to wear a mask throughout the cleanup and maintain 2 feet of physical distance. Please wear good quality shoes to avoid any cuts from broken glass pieces.
You will be provided with good quality gloves to avoid direct contact of hands with waste.
We use High Density Poly Ethylene bags (Rice bags) to collect the waste on beaches due to their durability

On 13th October 2024, Vizag Volunteers successfully organized the 573rd Beach Cleanup Activity, continuing our commitment towards protecting Vizag’s coastline and promoting environmental awareness in the community.
The cleanup drive brought together passionate volunteers who actively contributed by collecting waste, cleaning the beach surroundings, and preserving the natural beauty of our coastal environment. Their teamwork and dedication reflected the importance of collective efforts in creating a cleaner and healthier environment.
