647 beach cleanup

On 15th February 2026, Vizag Volunteers Association successfully organized its 647th Beach Cleanup Activity as part of its continuous efforts to promote environmental conservation and civic responsibility. The initiative brought together passionate volunteers who shared a common commitment to protecting the coastal environment and preserving the natural beauty of Vizag’s beaches.

Volunteers actively participated in cleaning the shoreline by collecting plastic waste, discarded materials, and other litter that could negatively impact marine ecosystems and public spaces. Their collective efforts significantly improved the cleanliness of the beach and contributed to creating a healthier environment for both the community and coastal wildlife.
