Vizag Ultra Marathon 2023 Bib Expo

The Vizag Ultra Marathon Bib Expo was successfully conducted over two days, on 20th and 21st January, at the scenic Sandy Lanes beside Palm Beach, Visakhapatnam. The event served as the official bib collection point for hundreds of runners who had registered to participate in various marathon categories.

To ensure the smooth functioning of the expo, Vizag Volunteers, along with enthusiastic students from different colleges, came together and dedicated their time and efforts to support the organizers and participants. Working as a coordinated team, the volunteers played a crucial role in managing the large number of runners arriving throughout the two-day event.

With a continuous flow of participants visiting the venue, crowd management became one of the key responsibilities of the volunteer team. Through effective coordination, clear communication, and teamwork, the volunteers successfully maintained order and ensured a seamless experience for all runners.
