Mr. K Satish Founder / President

Mr. K Satish is the Managing Director of F9 Info Technologies, Kalam Dream Labs and Asa Associates

An ardent follower of APJ Abdul Kalam whom he passionately idolizes, he draws inspiration from the work ethics of Steve Jobs. He is unswervingly working towards instituting a better society with happier humans.

He is a social entrepreneur and an innovator, who flagged off Vizag Volunteers, as a project under Kalam Dream Labs to serve the poor and needy during the lockdown. His brainchild has served around 2 lakh meals and other essentials in and around Vizag, 150+ blood plasma donations to patients with severe infections, 570+ doctor consultation therapies for Covid patients, distribution of 100+ medicine kits and 150+ grocery kits to the deprived and needy.

He is actively associated with organizations like the 5 A.M club, JCI Vizag Port City, CII alongside many others, and has been felicitated with numerous social service awards.

He spearheads a social campaign on Beach Cleaning titled ‘I Love Vizag Beach’, which is consistently progressing for more than 1 year now, besides many other projects which are dedicated to making our city and the world at large - a healthier and a happier place to live.

Mr. Chandan AcharyCo-Founder / Vice President

Mr. Chandan Achary is the Director of F9 Info Technologies (P) Ltd.

Born and brought up in Berhampur, Odisha, he moved to Vizag in 2018. Shouldering the vision of Mr. K Satish and working along during the pandemic, he understood the future needs of vizagites and Co-founded Vizag Volunteers on 27th March 2020.

A Project management and Technology lifecycle expert by profession, Mr. Chandan aims to fathom the several dimensions of Management and master them. Moreover, he intends to integrate global technology with local needs towards appreciating the commoner’s requirements.

A nature lover, good cook, a sturdy enthusiast for humanity, and a dog lover, he hustles in silence and lets his work speak volumes.

Mr. KumarSecretary

Mr. Kumar, was born and brought up in Vizag. He’s one of the key players in the Vizag Volunteers Association.

With a down-to-earth attitude, he’s actively involved in the projects and activities of Vizag Volunteers. During the first wave of the covid-19 pandemic, he volunteered as the team lead for the plasma donation campaign. Under his leadership, Vizag Volunteers successfully saved many lives by fulfilling plasma requests in the least possible time.

On a personal front, he is a food lover and loves playing different sports. In addition, he’s passionate about Project Management and aims to become a PMP certified Project Manager in the future.

V.V. Praveen KumarJoint Secretary

Mr VV Praveen Kumar, was born and brought up in Vizag. He is one of the strongest pillars of Vizag Volunteers.

He has been actively involved in all covid activities and now Volunteering for Covid consultations, by way of advice and motivation, thus bridging the gap between doctors and COVID 19 affected patients and consistently monitoring the patient's status and curing them day in and day out, surpassing all the established edges of gut and dedication.

Professionally an AWS Security Admin in the software industry, he holds good expertise in Cloud Technologies (Amazon and Microsoft) and aims to become a Security Specialist.

His Spirit, Passion and Enthusiasm for Social Service knows no bounds. He finds interest in exploring latest IT Technologies and Playing Cricket.

Gumpina PrasannaTreasurer

Mrs Prasanna, was born and brought up in Vizag. She is one of the most skilled professionals, whose efforts have helped a great way in establishing and ensuring functionality of Vizag Volunteers on the Digital Platform.

She has been deeply involved in all Covid Activities from the back end. Consistently, monitoring all the activities viz., requests, developments, coordination between different teams, data sorting and analytics. Updation of information, and ensuring Efficient Functionality of the Website on a daily basis.

Professionally Mrs. Prasanna is a Web Developer, with an expertise of over 9 years.

Rana UppalapatiMember

Rana Uppalapati is a business entrepreneur and a philanthropist. He believes that education plays a significant role in the transformation of a country and its citizens. He has skated 6000km on the Indian Golden Quadrilateral to raise awareness on child safety and on education of underprivileged girl children, along with raising funds for the latter. He supports social service activities in and around the city of Vizag and plays a key role in mentoring startup enterprises and students, especially in the social sphere.

Tanuja GopiMember

Mrs. Tanuja Bakke is a home maker, and mother of two kids. Been into several social service activities and into other NGOs during last 4 years. She was one of the key members who restlessly motivated many people to donate plasma during plasma donation campaign. Presently, she is the project lead of our prestigious project called Digi Blood.
